  1. Faster closure of the app

    Too many clicks to close the app. Modify the closure of the app to one click on the lock and immediately close the window and stop the app

  2. Notes field should scroll while editing.

    Now there is a problem editing in the Note field. As I add a line using the Enter key, the box doesn't automatically scroll up, so current typing is not visible. I have to reach for the mouse to manually scroll the box so I can see what I'm typing. Pleave have the box scroll up automatically.

    Respond to support requests. Provide phone support. Or chat support. Or support at all. Just support the product. Period.

    Like ApplePay why can't new records for credit cards be created or updated by using the phone's camera?

  6. Automatically sort all records when a new one is added.

    Currently a new record appears at the bottom of the list (I use name order). I have to click Sort to get the new record in place. The couple of times I encountered this, I thought the record hadn't added successfully, and added it again.

  8. Constant problems with random icon replacements and dropped categories

    I've used the apps for years on different platforms. However, my iOS apps have never worked correctly. Categories keep getting dropped, icon get randomly replaced, etc. I've tried re-synching all devices multiple times, but the issues still persist. I've given up trying to categorize anything - just using the search function to locate items. Very annoying, though still usable.

  9. Allow the desktop window to be sized down to 1050px or less in width.

    SplashID resides on my second monitor (portrait) and currently does not fit.

  11. I do not like that the passwords are masked. I want the ability to globally disable for all items. Sometimes a quick glance is all I need.

  12. Have the cursor start at the Search dialog box

    When you opened the old software, it started with the cursor in the search box. That allowed us to type what we looking for immediately. Now we have to move the cursor to the search box. Sounds simple enough, but it just takes that much longer to get to what we need.

  13. Convert other Password program data to use with Splash

    Hello,

    Over the years, while waiting for Splash to support Android, Windows, iOS, etc all at the same time, I bought other products. Today, I have passwords on several products. Manually exporting and converting each one isn't easy nor doesn't make sense, when my work is just for myself.

    Providing a tool or feature to migrate user data would not just help existing customers, but also encourage people to migrate to Splash from say Dataviz's Password Plus among others.

  14. Find elegant way to manipulate Icons. Thanks for fixing Categories and Types

    Before Palm Garnet, Categories, and Types were a bit fuzzy. Thanks for fixing it in the PC Copy. Still Icons are an issue. Too Few, and can't easily make one from a pic that scales properly.

  16. When I hit the delete key for content of a record it asks me to delete the record rather than the data. This seems like a strange result.

To me it should delete my data rather than prompting to delete the data. I then have to backspace to remove my data. Not like you would typically edit data or a document.

  17. Improve speed, reliability and functionality

    Sorry folks, but when I tried the latest version, I was disappointed all around. I have an older version of the windows application and it's a nice solid database application. The new version is too dependent on HTML and the network. It's just not a solid feeling app. I want things to pop when I click a button. Also, you need some work on interface design. The new design is not intuitive at all.

  18. immediately fix the sync function for ipads. Every time I close it produces multiple records.

    I've got a ton of probably outdated records. Perhaps the desktop version can suggest records for deletion periodically.
